the hotel lobby features very nice design. i found an amazing jo malone fragrance within the reception area. the staff are friendly to requests.

friendly staff beautiful decoration quality ingredients buffet choice
I appreciated the friendly and cute reception staff. the hotel features beautiful decorations. our room offered everything we needed, for example hairdryer and toiletries. breakfast had a great choice. There was a buffet and quality ingredients used.
Noise from other rooms was very noticeable. It was probably the worst soundproofing i have ever experienced in a hotel.

the staff provided really good service and thoughtfulness! it reminded me of they cared. from the receptionist to the bar staff and dj, everyone had a smile and friendly word.

The location is convenient for the theatre. It is a three-minute walk! it is also less than ten minutes to fumo restaurant. the hotel's proximity to key attractions enhances its appeal.

excellent architecture high ceiling excellent location
The hotel's architecture is beautiful.. it provides a excellent backdrop for any visit. My room featured high ceilings and large windows. The location is excellent, with access to nearby shops, restaurants, and bars.
The minibar pricing was not clearly displayed, and I would have appreciated more transparency.

The gym includes several machines and free weights, offering a comprehensive workout space. There is a pink pong table as well as table football in the lobby. These options provided varied recreational opportunities.

The staff was very attentive and addressed all requests promptly. Simone at reception was courteous and cute. She also demonstrated a great understanding of different cultures and customer service.
